Terms of service

These terms govern quotes and projects delivered by Codespliter.

Quotes

Website prices are net PLN and indicative until a written quote is accepted. VAT (23%) is added unless a valid exemption applies. The launch offer (20% off the first project and six months of free technical support) is for new clients, limited in number, and confirmed in the quote.

Delivery

Work starts after the brief is signed off and, where agreed, an advance is received. Delivery windows are business days and are shown on the homepage from values set in admin. Client delays (content, access, feedback) move the calendar by the same amount.

Support included in the offer

Six months of free support covers technical defects and reasonable small modifications. New features, third-party outages and content writing are out of scope and quoted separately.

IP

After full payment, the client receives a licence to use the delivered site and custom code. Third-party libraries keep their own licences. We may list the project in our portfolio unless a written NDA says otherwise.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or for hosting, domains or third-party APIs outside our control. Mandatory Polish consumer law still applies where it must.
